If there's less than 40 guests we could perform acoustic which means less set up time and less expenses.

If a sound system is required then we currently own our own instrument microphones and mixing desk but rent speakers, stands and some other items or where possible use the venue's sound equipment. When providing a sound system we will often also need to rent a car. If you wish, you can tell us more about this in the “Questions and Comments” section.

Number of Sets *
For most events we play two 45 minute sets with a 30 minute break. We're quite flexible though and can play for longer or shorter depending on your wishes. On average each dance, including teaching, takes 15 minutes. Generally this doesn't change our fee much as it's other factors like travelling, picking up rental cars and sound systems that can take more time.

Set Up & Sound Check Time *
With a Sound System 1hr, or acoustic 15 mins. This can also sometimes be shorter. Please note - if we set up and soundcheck earlier in the day, or the previous day, our working hours will be longer and we will ask for a small additional compensation.

Request Song
We can arrange and perform a song of your choice. This could be for example for the first dance. If it is something we already know, for example a traditional waltz then we can perform this for no extra fee. If it is something new to us, we ask for an additional 100€.
